So the night after killing Archimonde we went into BT and took down Illidan. Poor guy didn't see us coming. (Literally, we danced in front of him but until Akama walked up he didn't bother looking at us.)

I for one take it as further evidence that AE has the skill to do content, we just didn't have the time to farm up the gear needed early in TBC.

A special personal thanks to Shinxon who volunteered to step down so we could get some mana regen in the raid (a.k.a. Mantana.)

Mantana, great job on the fight, especially considering you got about 30s of explanation from Sakuro. (Note to Sakuro - maybe 30s explanations work better?)

Everyone: Hell yeah, we stomped TBC. Oddly enough it was the first attempt after we changed one thing about how we did the fight. Coincidence? Who cares, we stomped TBC!

Now lets see if we can enjoy the TBC 'epilogue' in Sunwell.

Yay, we killed Archi! Third time's a charm. Thanks to everyone who came out to the rather late Archi raid and patiently waited while I pondered how to put the best raid together. I hope the result speak for themselves. ^^

Gratz to Gid, Borvo, and Moonrage on their sparkley new hats. (I think I got that right.) Also Kaern for his new pants and Mantana for his new OH.

Dnoq, Mantana, and Goochy nice to have you three back. Great job last night!

A special personal thanks to Tokan and Hazat. I forget which of you brought up the idea of tanking him in the middle first but we dropped him the first try of your idea.

Finally, just wanted to say great job to all the healers and decursers. Great job keeping everyone up and making that victory possible.

We downed Mother Sharaz and the Illadari Council last night and took a quick gander at Illidan himself. Congrats to all the Tier 6 winners last night-
Kapok, Moonrage, Borvo, Astriana, Hazat and Sheersin. Everyone put their A game forward and everything went very smoothly. Lets get back in there tonight and see how fast we can drop everything.



If anyone had said we were going to get this far into BT 6 months ago I would have said they were nuts.

Two days and two guild firsts later! We successfully full cleared both SSC and TK this week for two new guild firsts! We shocked ourselves with a one shot of Vashj. We were so excited that we forgot to take a screen shot until there were only a few lone stragglers. The very next night we took down Kael'thas in two attempts! Archimonde is next so he better be done with his tree by the time we get there.

We downed Azgalor for a guild first yesterday. Not quite as exciting now that all the raids got nerfed and we got ultra buffed but still awesome. Congrats to the tons of people who got new gear last night! The random epic drop gods were very happy with us so many people got new gear. Now on to Archimonde tonight!
