We have mis-looted in raids so much that they decided to do this..

Players will now be able to trade soulbound items with other raid or group members that were eligible for the loot. This system will work like the Item Buy Back system and allow 2 hours for players to trade an item after it has been looted. Players who choose to enchant or add gems to the item will get one last confirmation before losing the ability to trade the item.

Woot it was all us baby! ROMFLAO

Took us a while to do it. But it was well worth it.

*thumbs up
AE was the first thing I thought of once I saw that coming in the patch. The next questions is will this work when Mez leaves it on group loot for the first two bosses in uld?
Luna only clipped a portion of Blues Post, here is the full Post:

After a lengthy discussion with our Game Masters (who were on strike over this matter, due to the absurd amount of item transfer requests from AE players)
Blizzard Programmers will be incorporating a new Loot System supplementing the current Master Loot System, the new system will be called the AE loot system.

How this system works, when a Bind on Pickup item is looted by the Master Looter and is attempted to be given to a player:

All Instance activity will cease, mobs will freeze in place and cannot be attacked.
Player movement speed is reduced by 900% and casting will be suspended.
This will keep the focus on looting not actually progressing through the instance.

The master looter will first receive a large window displaying the item graphic, text description for the item that states the primary function of the item (Example: …WARNING: This is a CASTER DPS item), the picture, name and primary role of the player to receive the item with a giant arrow pointing from the item to the player picture.

Once the Master looter clicks “accept” a Microsoft inspired series or warning boxes will appear:
First “accept” Are you sure you want to give <player> this <item>? Yes/No
Second “accept” Are you ABSOLUTLY sure you want to give <player> this <item>? Yes/No
Third “accept” Are you REALLY, REALLY sure you want to give <player> this <item>? Yes/No
After the final “accept” a raid warning vote is automatically given where the entire raid votes on the sanity and/or state of “influence from external substances” of the Master Looter.

Once a majority of the raid aggress the Master looter is sober enough to actually properly assign the loot the item will be given to the player.

Until we fully incorporate this system we will…..
