Stats: MP5>INT>SP>Crit>Haste
*MP5 is NEEDED to keep you in the game. OOMsham is a Failsham.
*Int gives big returns from manatide, and replentishment.
*There is debate over which is best Haste or Crit.

--I personally believe crit is best due to how many abilities it procs. It procs watershield charge, a.awakening, +25%armor. Combine this with the 8% haste gained from raid buffs, and the 5M Bloodlust and you should be all set.--

For those who are curious, here is the info for haste stacking. ((Or OOM stacking as I call it.))

1% Spell Haste
= 15.76 Haste Rating at Level 70
= 32.78 Haste Rating at Level 80

Haste Need to Reduce Chain Heal Cast Time at Level 80
2.4 seconds = 137 haste rating
2.3 seconds = 286 haste rating
2.2 seconds = 447 haste rating
2.1 seconds = 625 haste rating
2.0 seconds = 820 haste rating
1.9 seconds = 1036 haste rating

Rotations:
RT, XHW, XHW. RT to proc 30% haste XHWx2
ES, LHW, LHW. LHW glyph and water shield make this efficient.
CH, XHW, XHW. CH to proc 30% haste XHWx2

*bottom line. You are a versitle healer, and knowing when to use each tool is what seperates the best from the rest.
